I didn’t start out as a therapist.
I began with a BA in Fine Art, then spent many years working in education, supporting and
teaching adults, teenagers and young people. Creativity was my first language — how I
made sense of the world, and how I helped others do the same.
After walking my own wellbeing journey and training in meditation, breathwork and nervous
system regulation, I retrained as an integrative talking therapist. The rest is history.
Today, I bring all of it into the room.
The creativity.
The grounding.
The safe space.
The lived understanding that life can feel heavy, fast, or overwhelming.
My work blends professional expertise with calm, honest conversation and practical tools
that help you steady the chaos of life.
This is your journey.
I’m here to walk alongside you and help you navigate it with more clarity, confidence and
calm.
I work with individuals (of all ages and backgrounds) and couples navigating overwhelm,
emotional intensity, relationship strain, life transitions, trauma, grief & loss, and the parts of
themselves that feel stuck or misunderstood.
My approach is integrative, neurodivergent-friendly, and grounded in compassion — but also
honest and practical.
I’m a fully qualified integrative therapist, a qualified meditation and breathwork teacher, and a
trauma-informed practitioner with extensive experience supporting children, young people
and adults.
I use creative techniques, grounded conversation, breathwork and nervous-system
regulation tools to help you find clarity, steadiness and meaningful change.
