I am in the final year of study to become a person centred counsellor. I am a student member of BACP and work within its Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I believe in the potential for positive change and personal growth within each of us.

We may experience difficulties when our self-image does not align with who we feel we should be or would like to be. We may find our past or current experiences distressing, overwhelming or insurmountable. The future may seem bleak or frightening. Counselling provides a supportive, non-judgmental and safe space for exploration, developing self-awareness, self-acceptance and resourcefulness to find a way towards a more meaningful and fulfilling way of being. As a counsellor, my purpose is to provide empathic support to enable you to recognize and make the changes you desire.
